Sohum is an Occupational Therapist who worked and specialised in London for four years, after graduating from Cardiff University, and is now practicing in Nairobi, Kenya. She specialises in Paediatrics (Bobath trained), Hand Therapy (UCLH and BAHT trained), Neurology and Orthopaedics (post-op hip replacements). She has also successfully completed Mat 1 and 2 of Rehabilitation Pilates and can tailor a suitable exercise programme for patients recovering from spinal injuries, lower back pain, posture and alignment issues. Being a mom of two, Sohum is also able to teach exercises to pre and postpartum mothers to aid in strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles.

Sohum is also able to carry out home visits for those that require so, within close vicinity to the
clinic.
