Nav holds a BSC Physical Anthropology and Psychology from CMSU; BSc (Hons) Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, COC from Maidstone College of Osteopathic Training, UK, She is a registered members of the General Osteopathic Council UK and qualified as an Osteopathic Practitioner in 2004. Over the years she has further trained in complimentary and tropical healthcare. Her patient centred holistic treatment model with the objective of providing Osteopathic treatments to everyone; rich or poor, young or old has made her a revered professional in her niche with a steady stream of international osteopaths and medical professionals who volunteer and train with her.

In 2008 she founded Divinity Foundation International NGO; the first Osteopathic Medicine Humanitarian Organisation which provides free Osteopathic and Primary Healthcare to approximately 25,000 patients annually in Kenya with a further 40,000 patients receiving affordable healthcare.

Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy which aims to improve health across all body systems by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework to treat and prevent a wide range of health problems by positively affecting the body's nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.

Nav offers Structural Osteopathy (focused joint manipulations), Visceral Osteopathy (focused on improving organ health), Facial Osteopathy (focused on helping the body reprogram tissue memory connected with emotional or physical trauma) as well as Cranial Osteopathy (working on fluid dynamics, lymphatics and cranial sutures).

Nav works at Performance Medicine Clinic in Nairobi and also conducts outreach healthcare in Pokot, Amboseli and Makindu. She also visits the UK regularly where she conducts clinics and furthers her professional development in the field of Osteopathy.
